Hair B-flat

 札幌市中央区にある美容室「B-flat」の内装リニューアルプロジェクト。
オーナーからの「完全な個室ではないが、それぞれのゲストが自分の居場所を感じ、落ち着いた時間を過ごせる空間」という要望に対し、
特徴的な曲線を描く収納家具に、緩やかな間仕切りとしての役割を持たせ、各ユニットをさりげなく囲い込む構成を提案した。
ゲストの居心地のよさと、スタッフの円滑なオペレーション。その両立を目指した、個室でもフルオープンでもない、その中間にある美容室のかたち。

An interior renovation project for B-flat, a hair salon located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo.
In response to the owner's vision of creating a space where each guest could feel a sense of personal comfort and enjoy a relaxing experience without being completely enclosed in a private room, we proposed a series of sculptural, curved storage units that also serve as subtle partitions, gently defining each styling area.　
The design seeks to balance guest comfort with efficient staff operations, creating a salon environment that lies somewhere between private and fully open spaces.
